It’s a high-tech plastic that you can skate on. We use the best synthetic ice skating surface composed of specially engineered polymers that permit a skate blade to glide as smoothly as on real ice. The eco-friendly synthetic ice is made from a non-toxic, recyclable acrylic material.

All Year Sports Galaxy is the largest provider of temporary and portable synthetic ice rinks in the country. Now, available in Wheeling, WV and throughout Ohio Valley area. Different shapes and sizes of the rinks are available.
With all equipment available for short-term or long-term rental! Do-it-yourself option is also available! You can choose one day, weekend, or long-term special event for your company or organization. Focal point for a fabulous party or major publicity event! Rental pricing is determined by the size of the ice floor, length of the contract, time of the year and destination.

Portable Roller Rink
Roller rinks became very popular back in the 70s and 80s during roller Disco. You can bring Disco times back using our mobile roller rinks! We setup our portable roller rinks both inside and outside. Just provide us with space - we will do the rest!
All Year Sports Galaxy can install any size of the portable roller rink. The best way to determine the needed size is to know approximate number or people attending your event. Here are some examples of our roller rink sizes and capacity, however you may skate up to ten times more people during 4-5 hour skating sessions.
20' x 30' - 20 skaters 20' x 40' - 25 skaters 25' x 45' - 30 skaters 30' x 40' - 40 skaters
40' x 40' - 50 skaters 40' x 50' - 60 skaters 40' x 60' - 70 skaters 40' x 80' - 90 skaters
Other sizes available, these most popular roller rink sizes. Roller skates, Inline skates or Derby skates will be provided with all rentals. Different sizes and quantities available. Each roller rink will have appropriate number of skates.

Client Responsibilities:
- Provide with flat, hard and level surface. If surface is irregular, subfloor installation will be offered for extra cost.
- Provide digital photo of the area from different angles.
- Provide with parking for loading/unloading and for parking truck before/during/after event.
- Holiday decorations must be approved by All Year Sports Galaxy personnel.
- If indoors, minimum 4’ door clearance, 8’ elevator. If steps involved and delivery trolly cant be used at anytime, extra charge will apply for labor.
- Average ice rink installation time 3 hours (if no subfloor involved), dismantling rink 2 hours. Add 2-3 hours extra for subfloor installation.
- Property owner approval note. Please be advise, property owner will receive insurance certificate as additional insured for the duration of the event.
- Provide with correct wording for insurance documents. Any changes to insurance will be at extra costs.
- Electricity, water access is not necessary, unless client would like to use any special effects or sharpening services. (Highly recommended)
